Three roles, three levels of responsibility

The owner sees everything: finances, settings, the team. An admin manages the schedule, clients, horses, and finances — but can't change system settings. A trainer sees only their own schedule, students, and horses.

When you invite a new team member, you choose their role. The system automatically shows only the sections that match that role — a trainer never sees other trainers' clients or financial reports.

Add someone with just an email

Enter an email, pick a role, and an invitation link is sent. If the person isn't registered yet, the system creates an account automatically. A minute after signing up, the trainer already sees their schedule.

Invitations work for both new and existing users. A new user gets a temporary password to sign in. After logging in, they can fill out a profile that appears on the club's public page.

Trainers work independently

Every trainer gets a personal dashboard: daily schedule, student list, group lessons, horse management. You can also let a trainer edit their own schedule or confirm bookings — or keep those actions admin-only.

Each trainer has two additional permissions: "Can edit schedule" and "Can manage bookings." You decide how much autonomy to give each one.

Limits by plan

The number of trainers, admins, and horses depends on your plan. Start small and grow your team as your club grows — upgrade to a higher plan whenever you need to.

If you hit a limit, the system suggests upgrading to the next plan. All your data stays intact — nothing is lost.

Remove or replace, hassle-free

Trainer leaving? Admin changing? You can remove a team member from the system or invite a new one at any time. Lesson history and client data stay safe.

The owner can remove any team member; an admin can only remove trainers. Once removed, the account is deactivated, but the full booking history is preserved.
