Yes, every new organization gets 21 days of free access on the "Start" plan with no feature restrictions.
All plans include the same features. The only difference is the limits: the number of horses, trainers, and administrators you can add to your club.
Yes, you can switch to a different plan at any time. When upgrading to a higher plan, the difference is charged proportionally.
Payment via Monobank — Visa and Mastercard cards from any Ukrainian bank.
Once the 21-day trial ends, you need to top up your balance to keep using the platform. Your data is retained, and everything will work as before once payment is made.
SMS is billed separately from the subscription. Funds are charged from the organization's balance. You can configure which types of SMS to send: confirmations, reminders 24 hours and 1 hour in advance, and cancellations.
