Memberships — HORSIKA
1

A flexible package builder

Create memberships for any number of sessions (say, 8 or 12) with a set expiration period. Tie a package to specific services, or let it apply to any lesson.

In the "Memberships" section, you set the name, price, number of sessions, expiration period, and which services it applies to. Once the template is ready, you can start selling it to clients.
2

Sessions are deducted automatically on booking

A client books a lesson, and the system immediately deducts one session from their membership. Cancel the booking, and the session is returned. Nothing to calculate by hand or keep track of in your head.

When a booking is created, Horsika checks whether the client has a valid membership for the selected service. If they do, it deducts a session automatically. If the membership has expired or run out, the client books at full price.

Clients see their balance in the app

How many sessions are left? When does it expire? Riders see this in the Horsika mobile app, with no need to call the admin. When sessions run low, the app highlights it visually so the client renews their package in time.

In the "My Memberships" section of the app, the client sees the package name, sessions used and remaining, expiration date, and which services it covers.

Manage memberships manually whenever you need to

Need to extend the expiration date or deduct a session manually? No problem. You can change the expiration date, add or remove a session with a reason, deactivate a membership, or delete it (if it hasn't been used yet).

The membership card has buttons for "Extend expiration," "Deduct/add session" with a field for an explanation, and "Enable/disable." Every change is logged in the history.
5

Sales are recorded in your finances

Every membership sold automatically creates a financial transaction. You see membership revenue separately from individual session payments — giving you a clear picture of how much package deals bring in.

When a membership is sold, the amount is added to your financial report automatically. The template list shows how many times each package has been sold.
